Monday Meals: February 1 – 7, 2010

I’ve been gone all weekend – and feel like I’m going to be playing catchup this week.  So I’m making my meals quick and easy.

Monday: Tomato & mozzarella panini, Sweet potato fries, Apple

Tuesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu, frozen veggies, Buttered rice

Wednesday: Panera (a “Wednesday Tradition”)

Thursday: Salsa chili, cornbread

Friday: Tilapia, Green beans and tomatoes, Yellow rice

Saturday: Mediterranean pasta, Spinach salad, Garlic bread

Sunday: Lime chicken, pasta salad, peas

Breakfasts:
Bagels and cream cheese
Yogurt and granola
Cereal and milk, banana
Oatmeal, strawberries

Lunch:
Ham sandwiches, apple, carrots, yogurt
Tuna Salad and crackers
Soup and crackers
Leftovers
