A Single Suggestion: Poor Man’s Garlic Bread

Garlic bread comes frozen in long loaves.  It’s entirely too large for me to bake and eat within a decent amount of time (or store in my packed freezer, for that matter).  So I make my version of garlic bread – or what I like to call “Poor Man’s Garlic Bread.”  Take any kind of bread you have in house.  Sprinkle it with extra virgin olive oil, a bit of garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese.  Toast or bake.  It’s delicious… and very cost, time, and space efficient!
