Monday Meals: January 11 – 17, 2010

Finally getting back into the swing of things around here.  Here’s the meal plan for the week.

Oh, and for Christmas, Wade got lots of Indian spices and sauces and a cookbook to boot.  We’ll be putting those to good use this week and in the coming months.  We LOVE Indian food!  One of my resolutions this year is to learn to cook a larger variety of ethnic foods.

Monday: Pork Chop and Wild Rice Bake

Tuesday: Thai Red Curry Beef, Steamed rice

Wednesday: Panera (a “Wednesday Tradition”)

Thursday: Hot dogs, baked beans, corn

Friday: Balti Chicken, Vegetable rice pilaf

Saturday: Turkey burgers, sweet potato fries, spinach salad

Sunday: Leftovers

Breakfasts:
Yogurt and granola
Cereal and milk, bananas
Oatmeal and mangos

Lunch:
Turkey sandwiches, apple, carrots, yogurt
Tuna Salad and crackers
Soup and crackers
Leftovers

What’s for dinner at your place this week?
