Monday Meals: 10/12 – 10/18

Every Monday I’ll post my meal plan for the week.  Making a meal plan each week is the first step in the coupon game.  It’ll help you make a concise grocery list and will hopefully move you beyond the PB&J-or-pasta meal plan of your college days.  I post mine to give you ideas of what you can make with items that have recently been on sale.  Now go forth and plan!

It’s another crazy week – I won’t have a single dinner at my apartment, but I’ll post this anyway just to keep me honest.  This weekend is Vandy’s homecoming and I have 6 people coming to stay with me, so we’ll see what happens food-wise.

Monday: Dinner with the Colemans

Tuesday: Packed dinner – turkey sandwich, applesauce, apple, nut clusters

Wednesday: Panera day!  (My “Time for Myself” Wednesday Tradition)

Thursday: Preds Game with Peabody Scholars

Friday: Night out with friends for VU Homecoming!

Saturday: Grill out after game – brats, burgers, potato salad, baked beans

Sunday: Taco Night for the group

Banana bread, cream cheese, fruit
Cereal, strawberries
Toaster Strudels, yogurt

Ham or turkey sandwiches, carrots, apples, yogurt
Soup, toast

What’s for dinner at your place this week?
