Monday Meals: 10/5 – 10/11

Every Monday I’ll post my meal plan for the week.  Making a meal plan each week is the first step in the coupon game.  It’ll help you make a concise grocery list and will hopefully move you beyond the PB&J-or-pasta meal plan of your college days.  I post mine to give you ideas of what you can make with items that have recently been on sale.  Now go forth and plan!

Stuck to the plan last week, but this is going to be a crazy week!  Two nights out and we’re going out of town this weekend, so I’m going to try to use up what’s around the apartment.

Monday: Chicken pot pie, spinach salad

Tuesday: Packed dinner – ham sandwich, applesauce, apple, wheat thins

Wednesday: Panera day!  (My “Time for Myself” Wednesday Tradition)

Thursday: Amerigo’s with Peabody Scholars

Friday: Out of town

Saturday: Out of town

Sunday: Taco Night

Banana bread, cream cheese, fruit
Cereal, bananas
Toaster Strudels, yogurt

Ham or turkey sandwiches, carrots, apples, yogurt
Pulled pork on buns
