Table for One: Pizza Bagels

These are a great treat that are quick to make and healthier than you think. We made them with sausage, but feel free to substitute any toppings you want.   Beats a bagel bite any day!

    italian sausage

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Cut up sausage (remove casing!) and brown in a frying pan
  • Place bagel halves on a cookie sheet, flat side up.
  • Cover with pasta sauce, sausage and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place cookie sheet in oven for 6-9 min, or until cheese is melted.
  • Marvel at how good they are.

You are awesome. Please keep up the Table For Ones. I just moved in to my new apartment and made my first dinner of spaghetti with meat sauce and I have been eating the leftovers for lunch and dinner for the past three days. I need to learn small recipes. Also, if you would like to add a “Coffee Break with Youtube’s greatest” section I would be willing to contribute content. just kidding

but seriously you rock. When you get famous remember that it all started with my Ikea plastic utensils…
