Had a great week! This week proves to be another crazy one… but I guess that’s par for the course. I’ll be off to Arkansas this weekend to visit with Wade’s grandparents. We’re having a lot of leftovers this week – so I’ve tried to doctor them to make it a bit different. I’ll be doing my shopping tomorrow – so stay tuned for the wrap-up.
Monday: Corn Chowder Leftovers, Biscuits, Spinach Salad
Tuesday: Sausage pasta with Zucchini
Wednesday: Panera day! (My “Time for Myself” Wednesday Tradition)
Thursday: Slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches, sweet corn, spinach salad
Friday: Pulled pork, mashed potatoes, green beans
